libcoverart-dev software package provides library to access the Cover Art Archive (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcoverart-dev
libcoverart-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcoverart-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcoverart-dev *
You will get with libcoverart-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
